Family Programs

Adventure Guides Father/ Son – Father/ Daughter Program (K - Gr. 3; Trailblazers Gr. 4 to 6)
Small group monthly activities, large group periodic activities and special events. Seasonal weekend camping trips to YMCA sleepaway camps in Sussex, New Jersey, The Catskills and The Poconos. Campfire ceremonies, skits and sing-alongs. Call Glenn Deter or Geoff Marshall for info, x2303.

Family Night
Saturday Nights, 6:30 - 9:00 pm. Activities include family swim, racquetball, Kids Central, basketball gym & themed activities in the Rec Room. There is no cost to members participating in Family Night Activities. Non-members must purchase one-day membership passes. 

Parent’s Night Out (K to Gr. 5)
Friday nights from 6:00 to 10:00pm. Pizza or home made pizza bagels, movies, games crafts, Kids Central, while Mom and Dad go to the movies, go out to dinner, go shopping, or enjoy quiet time at home. Must pre-register by the preceding Wednesday, so sufficient staffing can be arranged. The cost for members is $20 for the first child and $15 for any additional children.  

Annual Holiday Craft Fair
SAVE THE DATE! Sunday, November 21, 2010, 10:00am-4:00pm
Wide Variety of lovely handmade crafts, Gifts, Holiday Decorations, Scented Candles, Longaberger Baskets, Pottery, Accesories, Handcrafted Jewelry, Knitted Scarves, Homemade Jellies and Jams, Wreaths, Basket Raffles, and much, much more!
Free Parking, Free Admission.

Family Nights

Family Night Schedule Change:  Family Night now begins Saturday, September 18, 2010 with the Welcome Back Party, not September 11 as previously announced.

FAMILY NIGHT - Saturday nights, from 6:30-9:00 pm
Activities include family swim, racquetball, Kids Central, basketball gym & themed activities in the Rec Room when scheduled. There is no cost to members participating in Family Night Activities.
Non-members must purchase Guest passes. 

Movie Nights are held in Buttenheim Hall on a large projection screen with surround sound.
Popcorn & snacks are served. Wear your PJ’s ~ movies start at 7:00pm sharp!

Kids Central open for Open Play! An adult MUST stay with child at all times.

2 - Fall Craft Night: Enjoy making various fall crafts
9 - Family Movie Night: Wear your PJ’S to watch a fun family movie. Popcorn served.
16 - Gymnastics Night: Enjoy some play time in the gymnastics center
23 - Pirate Night: Go on a treasure hunt and make crafts. Special appearance from Capt. Jack Sparrow.
30 - Halloween Party: 5:00 to 8:00pm. Details to be announced.

November 2010
6 - Family Movie Night: Wear your PJ’s to watch a fun family movie. Popcorn served.
13 - Thanksgiving Night: Turkey crafts - make a nice centerpiece
20 - Bake Night: Come and bake cookies, cupcakes and other delicious treats for the annual Craft Fair
27 - Harry Potter Night: Explore the wonderful world of magic. Magic Show starts at 7pm.

December 2010
4 - Gingerbread House Making: Creative, festive, & with lots of candy
11 - Holiday Craft Night: make an ornament for your Christmas tree or a present for someone special
18 - Santa & Christmas Party: Lights, games, caroling & and a visit from Santa Claus 
25 - NO FAMILY NIGHT

January 2011
1 - New Year's Eve Party: Come make noisemakers and drink sparkling cider to ring in 2011

Ages 3-8 enjoy tea parties with different themes throughout the year.
Tea Parties are held from 1:00-2:30pm
