FIVE-WEEK SESSION INCLUDES:
Week 1: Rock and Roll: Welcome to the Fitness Center! Learn about the amazing equipment, cool circuits, and general rules of the road.
Week 2: Muscle-Up! Hey, your muscles work hard for you, so why not learn how to treat them right?
Week 3: I Dig Exercise: Developing good exercise habits can actually be fun! Learn how.
Week 4: Find Your Path: Explore a variety of fitness routines - see what’s best for you.
Week 5: You Go! Hit the finish line by customizing your own exercise routine – one that’s uniquely you -- and let us help you set goals to keep it challenging and real!
