POLICIES FOR ALL
- Members and participants must present their ID at the Welcome Center each time they visit the Family Center.
- Visitors must check in with Welcome Center staff before entering the facility.
- For the safety of your children, please read the Madison Area YMCA’s important policy regarding drop-off/pickup for programs and classes at the Family Center:
- Children ages 11 and under must be escorted to and from every program by a parent/caregiver.
- Children ages 12 and older are allowed to navigate the Y independently.
- Vehicles may not be left idling or unattended in the turn-around. Please park only in white-lined spaces.
For questions, comments or concerns, please speak with your child’s program director or the Welcome Center staff. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS (NON-MEMBERS)
- Present a state or government-issued photo ID. It is required for everyone that brings the child(ren) to class.
- Program Participants will receive ORANGE cards for the child attending the class and the adult(s) attending class with the child. All must present their cards to be scanned EVERY TIME they enter the facility.
Cards are reusable for each additional session for which you register.
GUESTS
- Complete our Guest Waiver upon your first visit to the Family Center. Additional waivers must be completed on an annual basis.
- Present a state or government-issued photo ID each time you visit the Family Center and pay our guest fee.
VISITORS
All visitors observing a class or not otherwise participating in a program at the facility must:
- Present a state or government-issued photo ID.
- Visibly wear our Visitor Sticker when in the facility
