Project SPARK (Supporting Physical Activity in Rising Kids) Day is a unique event for parents and children that encourages families to foster a lifelong love of physical activity and healthy youth sports experiences.

Parents: Hear from a professional athlete, Mark Semioli, former American professional soccer defender and US Open Cup & American Professional League Champion, as he discusses his lifelong experience in sports.

Athletes: Engage in a variety of fun, age-appropriate individual and team activities designed to build fundamental movement skills, encourage teamwork, and reinforce the joy of being active.
