*The initiation fee is a one-time fee as long as membership is continuous.
** Includes babysitting up to one hour a day per child while using the facility. Parents must remain in the facility during their babysitting time slot.

(3) Widowed, divorced, or legally separated (the Madison Area YMCA reserves the right to request proof of status).
All guests must present a state or government-issued photo ID every time he/she enters the facility.
