Quest Gymnastics Specialty Camps are designed to introduce campers to the exciting world of gymnastics while exploring its creative potential. We focus on creating a fun and educational environment for all involved. Campers will have the opportunity to train on specialized equipment, including the balance beam, bars, vault, tumble track, and more. Developing essential skills, including coordination, flexibility, safety awareness, and listening abilities, will be emphasized. Each day will start with a group warm-up and stretch, followed by rotating through various gymnastics circuits tailored to different skill levels. On Fridays, campers take part in a camp-wide theme day, filled with a variety of fun and engaging activities. Campers gain courage and confidence as life-long swimmers through their participation in daily swim lessons and a daily recreational swim time.*

Quest Camp Drop-in Weeks are an option for families needing more flexibility in their schedule, as weeks can be registered for individually. Preferred rates are available for those registering for the biweekly sessions of the main Quest Camp program, with the best rate available for registering for the full summer. Quest Gymnastics Specialty Camp is now offered in two two-week sessions.

Campers will learn to move in new ways while enjoying creative movement, fun dance games, role-playing, acting games, creative storytelling, character development, and all-out imaginative fun for all! Campers build confidence, learn new skills, and develop friendships through daily activities, including STEAM, teambuilding, and traditional and non-traditional activities. On Fridays, campers take part in a camp-wide theme day, filled with a variety of fun and engaging activities. On Fridays, campers take part in a camp-wide theme day, filled with a variety of fun and engaging activities. Campers gain courage and confidence as life-long swimmers through their participation in daily swim lessons and a daily recreational swim time.*
