Active Older Adults

We continue to expand our Active Older Adult offerings, promoting overall well-being, community, and lifelong learning for older adults. From group fitness classes designed to improve strength, balance, and flexibility to social and cognitive engagement through activities like Mahjong, there is something for everyone.

For more information on our Paths to Wellness programs, including Delay the Disease, our Parkinson's disease wellness program, LIVESTRONG at the YMCA program for cancer survivors and their families returns in person beginning, and One Step (Multiple Sclerosis exercise program), click here.

The Creative Circle is a welcoming social club for active older adults who love to create and connect. Whether you're knitting, crocheting, quilting, making jewelry, or crafting with paper, this is your space to work on your latest handmade project while enjoying the company of fellow crafters. This bring-your-own-craft gathering-no instructors, just friendly conversation and shared creativity in a relaxed, supportive environment.

Join us the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the Month from 10AM - Noon!
