CARD PROCESSING FEE ADJUSTMENT

As part of our ongoing commitment to providing high-quality services and programs at the Madison Area YMCA, we want to inform you of an upcoming change in our payment processing policy. Effective December 31, 2024, a 2.75% processing fee will be added to all credit and debit card transactions. This adjustment will help us manage rising operational costs, including those associated with card processing fees, while ensuring we can continue delivering the valuable programs, services, and facilities you rely on, without compromising the quality of our staff.

An option to avoid this fee is to switch to electronic check (ACH) payments or pay by cash. You can update your payment method easily by logging into your account or visiting our Welcome Center. If you have any questions or need assistance with updating your payment information, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Member Services team. We greatly appreciate your understanding and continued support as we strive to provide a valuable and enriching experience for all members.
