A Better Your For A Better Us: New Jersey YMCAs Come Together to Build Community

Local YMCAs Hold Statewide Community Event on Saturday, January 9, to Promote Positive Personal Change and Improved Health.

(Madison, NJ) December 23, 2015– Every January, nearly 70% of Americans make at least one New Year’s Resolution, most of which include healthy lifestyle changes. Whatever you resolve to do in the coming year, the Y is here to help build a better you. For the second year, YMCAs across New Jersey have come together to host a statewide Open House, inviting individuals and families to visit their locals Ys on Saturday, January 9, 2016, to learn how make a better you. All are invited to visit the Madison Area YMCA at 111 Kings Road in Madison.

Become a member of the Madison Area YMCA on January 9, 2016, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. and we will waive your initiation fee! Plus, receive the month of February free and receive one gift of your choice: (1) Personal Training starter pack ($99 value; available to the first 20 new members Please note: First personal training session must be scheduled by January 31, 2016; or $100 toward Small Group Training or Nutritional Counseling Services or TRX or MVe chair Pilates; or four months of unlimited babysitting services in Kids Central ($100 value); or $100 of YBucks toward a winter session program.

All guests must present a valid state- or government-issued ID to enter the facility.
