The Baroque Orchestra of New Jersey and the Madison Area YMCA presented PhilanthrOPERA: A Musical Celebration of Philanthropy 

(Madison, NJ) – October 5, 2018—The Baroque Orchestra of New Jersey and the Madison Area YMCA presented PhilanthrOPERA: A Musical Celebration of Philanthropy at Grace Episcopal Church on Sat., Sept. 29. The repertoire included Opera and Broadway arias and duets from Les Misérables, Il Barbiere di Siviglia, Guys and Dolls, Lakmé, Sound of Music, Rigoletto and more.

All ticket proceeds benefited the Madison Area YMCA’s Annual Fund, which supports families and individuals in our community. Donations help ensure that programs including the Madison Area YMCA’s School of Performing Arts, health and wellness programming and childcare and education at the F.M. Kirby Children’s Center of the Madison Area YMCA are accessible to every member in our community, regardless of their ability to pay.   

The Madison Area YMCA is a 501c3 cause-driven charitable organization dedicated to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.
