(Madison, NJ) May 5, 2021 – Plan Summer 2021 now! Your camper will be the main character as we create, grow and explore a safe summer together.

We invite you to check out our summer offerings for the Madison Area YMCA's Quest Camps at madisonareaymca.org/camp, as well as our summer session programs. Online registration is open. Camps begin on Monday, June 21 for preschoolers through children entering grade 11, and our summer programs session begins Monday, June 28. All registration for camp and programs is conveniently and easily accessible online and can be completed from a desktop, laptop or mobile device.

We are pleased to announce that Finola Colon has joined our staff as Teen & Family Program Director and Association Camp Director. Finola brings a wealth of experience gained in New York as a Y summer camp director. As a child, Finola enjoyed many outdoor summer adventures at day camp, and looks forward to creating lasting memories for today’s campers at Quest Camps. Building upon the very successful 2020 Madison Area YMCA camp season and knowledge from her prior positions, Finola and her team plan to provide a fun and magical experience to give our campers the summer 2021 they deserve.

“I am very happy to be joining the Madison Area YMCA at such an exciting time,” said Association Director Finola Colon. “As we count down the days to the start of our 2021 camp experience, the Y is busy planning daily programming that is jam-packed with magical activities including sports, arts, games, daily swimming and friendship-building experiences. Quest Camps cannot wait to provide an environment for our youth to get out of the house and enjoy the company of their peers SAFELY.”

The health and safety of our campers, their families and camp staff is our top priority. We follow the most current guidelines from health authorities, the state and local governments, the CDC, and American Camp Association as we create a safe, healthy and FUN camp experience.

An active Madison Area YMCA membership is required to receive the attractive member rate. The Y strives to be available for all with financial assistance provided for membership and programs including summer day camp.

Visit our MiniQuest (entering preschool - grade 1), KidsQuest (entering kindergarten - grade 6), SummerQuest (entering grades 6 - 9) and Leader In Training camps (entering grades 7 - 11) website pages at madisonareaymca.org/camp for more information.
