Kate Wade and Lauren Hall Elected to Madison Area YMCA Board of Directors

Fundraising professional Kate Wade of Madison has been elected to the Madison Area YMCA Board of Directors. 

Global event marketing leader Lauren Hall of Madison has been elected to the Madison Area YMCA Board of Directors. 

 

(Madison, NJ) – January 14, 2026 — Fundraising professional Kate Wade and global event marketing leader Lauren Hall, both of Madison, were elected to the Madison Area YMCA Board of Directors at the organization’s Board meeting on December 17, 2025. 

Kate Wade is an active YMCA member and Madison resident who works in fund development at a climate-focused investment firm in New York City. She and her family are engaged in YMCA programs, and she brings a strong commitment to community service and nonprofit leadership to the Board. 

Lauren Hall is a Madison resident, YMCA volunteer, and experienced global event and experiential marketing leader. In her current role at Cisco Systems, Inc., Lauren leads event marketing, communications, and audience engagement strategy for Cisco’s CXO Sponsorship Events and Customer Hosting Programs. Lauren is also an active volunteer with the Y’s  F.M. Kirby Children’s Center Parents Advisory Committee and a dedicated YMCA family member.
