Introducing Virtual Kindergarten Prep
Introducing Virtual Kindergarten Prep
The F.M. Kirby Children's Center of the Madison Area YMCA is pleased to announce Kindergarten Prep. For ages 4-6, this academic-based, virtual learning experience will help your child zoom right into kindergarten in September. This curriculum-rich program offers engaging and interactive opportunities to prepare your child with the skills and tools needed for kindergarten.
With a focus on strengthening foundations in math, literacy, language, writing, social and emotional development, Kindergarten Prep offers social interactions amongst peers in a small group setting for individualized attention. F.M. Kirby Children's Center Director Karé Matrisciano says, "We understand the frustrations and challenges that parents are facing right now as preschoolers prepare for kindergarten in the coming fall. The F.M. Kirby Children's Center is uniquely positioned for this type of program. Our teachers are excited to continue to offer this important instructional support, now on a remote platform."
Classes have begun and registration is ongoing. There are 2-day and 3-day options available.
The F.M. Kirby Children’s Center of the Madison Area YMCA is the largest high-quality, full-service early childhood education provider in Morris County.
