  Justin Cutlip Joins the Madison Area YMCA Board of Directors

–The Madison Area YMCA is pleased to announce that Y member and volunteer Justin Cutlip was elected to its Board of Directors this month. 

“We are delighted to welcome Justin to our Board of Directors. He has contributed significantly to our Y over the years and brings invaluable professional expertise and volunteer experience to our Organization’s top leadership,” said Madison Area YMCA President & CEO Diane Mann.   

Mr. Cutlip is of counsel in the Berkeley Heights, New Jersey office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses primarily on preventative advice, counsel and training in areas of employment law and workplace practices. He also specializes in representing employers in federal and state courts and administrative agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights, the U.S. Department of Labor, the New Jersey Department of Labor and the National Labor Relations Board.  

Mr. Cutlip earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Maryland and his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Justin was a field attorney for the Federal Labor Relations Authority where he investigated and litigated unfair labor practice charges and presided over representation hearings.  

Mr. Cutlip serves on the Madison Y’s Human Resources & Child Protection Committee. As a community volunteer and athlete, he is a founding member, trustee and Board member of the Chatham Basketball Club. With a strong dedication to youth development, he also served as director of the Club’s Travel Program where he coached for 12 years. Mr. Cutlip, his wife Shelly and their four children reside in Chatham.  

As a mission-driven charitable organization and community wellness center, the Madison Area YMCA is dedicated to nurturing the potential of our youth, providing a safe space for teens, improving the community’s health and well-being, and giving back by providing support to our neighbors.
