Madison Area YMCA Offers One Month of Free Membership for Workers Affected by the Partial Government Shutdown
(Madison, NJ) – January 17, 2019 - Community is our cause: The Madison Area YMCA is working to help federal government employees with their Y membership fee during the partial government shutdown.
We seek to help ease the stress of essential employees working without pay and being furloughed without pay. If you are an affected government employee and a current Madison Area YMCA member, you are eligible to receive one month of free membership at your next renewal. Please visit us at the Family Center’s Welcome Center with your federal ID and we will take care of the rest.
Not a member? The Madison Area YMCA is offering one free month of membership to federal government employees during the temporary government shutdown. If you would like to join the Y, we will also waive your initiation fee. Please present your federal ID at the Welcome Center.
